You'll produce beautiful and innovative designs for digital and offline channels, working both remotely and onsite in Milan. You'll take projects from brief to completion while influencing clients with your creative input. This role offers the chance to create world-class work within a bespoke in-house agency model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce designs for digital and offline channels (OOH, POS)
• Manage full design lifecycle from concept to execution
• Pitch creative solutions to marketing strategies
• Prepare finished files compliant with output specifications

📋 Requirements

• Italian speaker and fluent English
• Adobe CS skills
• Proven experience in retail and digital channels
• Attention to detail and ability to work under own initiative

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of UX, UI, and Responsive Design trends
• Working knowledge of After Effects animation
• Passion for AI and learning new trends
