You will design and deliver AI solutions to improve customer experience and enable data-driven decision making. Working with cutting-edge technologies, you'll collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to build production-ready AI/ML solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production-grade AI/ML project experience
• Experience with advanced techniques: LLMs, RAG, NLP, neural networks
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Built and deployed production code in Python with AI modules (LangChain, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Experience with model evaluation and testing frameworks

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI/ML landscape for emerging techniques
• Transform prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Create, operationalize, and support AI/ML models
• Evaluate algorithmic results for quality and efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior engineers
