You'll serve as the primary point of contact for internal technology needs, ensuring hardware, software, and systems run seamlessly. You'll handle day-to-day troubleshooting and maintain IT infrastructure security across a diverse fleet of devices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents
• Track IT asset inventory and manage hardware lifecycle
• Manage technical setup for new hires and offboarding
• Implement system standards and security policies

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of IT support or help desk experience
• Cross-platform environment (Windows 11, macOS, Android, iOS)
• MDM tools like JAMF, Intune, or FleetDM
• Okta user and security group management

✨ Nice to Have

• Microsoft Office 365 support experience
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation
