💼 About This Role

You'll own delivery of complex HR systems and technology initiatives, including HRIS implementations and AI-powered People tools. You'll partner across the People team and with technical stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes. This role requires on-site presence 3 days a week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of HR systems and technology projects.
• Take People initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Partner with People Technology, IT, and external vendors.
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards for leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of project management experience in HR systems implementations.
• Hands-on experience with core HRIS/HCM platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, or Ashby.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification earned or in-process.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday HCM configuration, integrations, or reporting.
• Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions or international expansion projects.
• Background in a high-growth tech environment.
