You'll lead the development and implementation of scalable, high-throughput test infrastructure for end-of-line testing of integrated LiDAR sensors at Voyant Photonics. Your core impact will be ensuring performance, yield, and reliability from prototype to volume production for a compact silicon photonic LiDAR. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge machine perception technology with a cross-functional team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-of-line test strategies for LiDAR sensors.
• Develop automated test fixtures and software for production testing.
• Translate lab-level validation methods into robust production tests.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to scale test infrastructure.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in production test engineering for LiDAR or optical sensors.
• Proven expertise in system-level testing for complex optical systems.
• Hands-on experience with Python for automated test setups.
• Track record in statistical process control and yield analysis.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FMCW LiDAR or coherent optical systems.
• Exposure to MES systems or manufacturing analytics platforms.
