💼 About This Role

You'll own full-lifecycle engineering design of Crusoe's modular data center product line, acting as the technical authority across electrical, mechanical, thermal, and structural domains. You'll translate aggressive product roadmap requirements into manufacturable, deployable systems. This role offers the chance to drive Direct Liquid Cooling transition and work with external partners at a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own medium/low-voltage electrical architecture and thermal management for DLC/CDU.
• Embed DFM best practices into design revisions for high-volume production.
• Ensure designs comply with UL, CE, NEC, NFPA, and OSHA standards.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing protocol development and improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's and PE strongly preferred).
• 10+ years in data center design, modular infrastructure, or industrial power systems.
• 10+ years managing external design engineering partners with budget/schedule accountability.
• Expertise in medium-voltage power distribution, structural analysis, heat transfer, and safety standards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HPC and large-scale AI workload physical layer requirements.
• Experience with agency certification strategies for modular electrical equipment globally.
• Track record scaling a physical product from prototype to high-volume production.
