💼 About This Role

You'll manage formula transfer and new formula development with external manufacturers for a top beauty brand. You'll ensure key milestones like stability and safety testing are met. This role offers hybrid work and bonus eligibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as technical consultant to 3rd party suppliers on formulation/production issues.
• Manage technical activities and milestones for successful project execution.
• Collect and review testing, specifications, protocols, and reports from suppliers.
• Interface with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance for compliance.

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• 7+ years in process/product development.
• 7+ years in formulation of personal care products including OTC experience.
• 3-5 years in skin care and color cosmetics.

• Experience with emulsion-based products.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements of US, EU, Canada.
• Experience working with suppliers globally.
