You'll lead a new squad (Hotels) technically, ensuring engineering excellence and system reliability. You'll collaborate with Product and Design to translate business needs into technical criteria. You'll establish technical standards and culture for a cloud-native, scalable platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and technical decisions for the squad.
• Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions.
• Ensure clean code, CI/CD practices, and technical debt control.
• Mentor team through 1:1s, feedback, and development plans.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams in software development.
• Solid software architecture and scalable system design fundamentals.
• Experience with distributed architectures (microservices/event-driven).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
