🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable APIs and services using Python or Node.js/TypeScript
• Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis at scale
• Ensure system reliability through comprehensive observability and incident response
• Mentor backend engineers and drive technical excellence

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in backend software development with high-traffic systems
• Advanced proficiency in Python or Node.js/TypeScript
• Deep experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB including query optimization
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL API design
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform
