You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Ops to establish analytics best practices and build metrics frameworks. Your work will directly impact financial inclusion by transforming diverse data into actionable risk insights. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role with a preference for NYC or SF Bay Area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit and rationalize analytics tool stack
• Own and optimize data validation pipeline
• Partner with Business Ops to define and visualize product metrics
• Build frameworks for measuring feature impact

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product analytics or BI in FinTech/HealthTech
• SQL fluency
• Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau
• Bias toward action and strong ownership

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or credit
• Built self-serve analytics capabilities
• Hands-on with dbt, Airflow, or Python
