Description

You will manage territory accounts, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and execute account plans to drive sales targets for bezuclastinib, a novel precision therapy for rare diseases like Systemic Mastocytosis and GIST, while collaborating with internal teams to align strategies.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience; rare disease/oncology/hematology preferred.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace and healthcare industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation, partnering, and influencing skills.
  • Prior experience in large accounts/hospitals and successful product launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory accounts by building relationships with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain deep understanding of territory including opinion leaders, treatment trends, payer dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze business performance and create comprehensive territory plans to exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver strategic customer education and demonstrate clinical/disease/product expertise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and execute key tactics.
