💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end commission calculation process for quota-carrying roles, ensuring accuracy and on-time payout. You'll build scalable solutions for manual workflows in the compensation and RevOps stack. A core focus will be leading the implementation of a commission automation platform like CaptivateIQ or Spiff.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own monthly commission calculations for all quota-carrying roles.
  • Maintain commission plan documentation and dispute resolution.
  • Reconcile payouts and support compensation audits.
  • Lead evaluation and implementation of commission automation platform.

📋 Requirements

  • 4-7 years of Revenue Operations experience with incentive compensation.
  • Hands-on commission operations experience owning the process.
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency (reports, dashboards, data hygiene).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, modeling).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience implementing commission automation tools (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Xactly).
  • Familiarity with hyperscalers, GPU clouds, or HPC environments.
  • Track record with Fortune 500 enterprises on infrastructure deals.
