• Own retail strategy and omnichannel alignment with DTC e-commerce
• Drive sales growth, P&L performance, and retail productivity

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive retail leadership in multi-unit owned retail
• Experience in premium consumer brand environment with $200M+ revenue
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding P&L targets
• Expertise in retail analytics and KPIs like inventory turns and conversion
