You'll play a key role in construction phase services for a leading architecture firm, administering multiple Owner-Contractor Agreements and traveling to project sites. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer multiple Owner-Contractor Agreements concurrently
• Review and coordinate Construction Documents across all disciplines
• Support communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Coordinate and perform all construction phase services as required of the Architect

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction phase services
• Understanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA
• Understanding of Owner-Architect, Owner-Contractor Agreements and AIA Documents
• Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle project challenges
