You'll engage with customers via multiple channels to resolve technical support requests and educate them on the Datadog platform. Your core impact will be reproducing technical issues and diving into Datadog's 600+ integrations. You'll also lead product demos and contribute to product conversations.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers via ticketing, live chat, and screensharing
  • Reproduce technical issues and explore integrations
  • Lead product demos after becoming demo certified
  • Participate in product conversations based on client feedback

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or Bootcamp graduate
  • Active contribution to open-source projects and engineering community
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and some programming experience
  • Willingness to work a rotating schedule with weekend availability

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Prior customer-facing technical support experience
