Description

You will act as the secondary sales consultant within the center, guiding patients through the Sono Bello process and helping them choose procedures that align with their goals. You'll collaborate with the lead consultant, conduct consultations, educate patients on procedures and financing, and maintain a patient pipeline to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience or one-on-one consultative selling (aesthetics preferred)
• Ability to quickly build rapport and assess patient needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-starter with strong accountability and motivation to exceed targets

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Patient Care Consultant and Area Sales Leader to achieve targets
• Conduct consultations with new and existing patients to understand their goals
• Educate patients on procedures, approach, and financing options
• Manage follow-ups with clinical team and patients for seamless experience
• Develop and maintain patient pipeline with proactive follow-ups
