Description

You will own and scale core accounting and financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls, while supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience managing bookkeeping and end-to-end financial statements
• Proven ability to manage collections and communicate with clients

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist in collections efforts to ensure timely payments
• Create financial reports and analyze data to support growth
• Design and maintain internal controls
