💼 About This Role

You'll develop universal controller interfaces and spindle probing solutions to scale autonomous machining across multiple factories. You'll collaborate with application, CAM, and robotics teams to push the boundaries of machining at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop universal controller interface for CNC machines
• Utilize spindle probing for inspection and process control
• Innovate integrated CMM-to-CNC feedback loop
• Develop systems to empower operators in machine control

📋 Requirements

• Experience with macro programming in Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain
• Ability to operate CNC machines including setup and probing
• Experience with Python, data structures, version control, and testing
• Knowledge of machine types (mills, lathes) and materials (alum, stainless, hard metals)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PLC programming or software/electrical/mechanical engineering
• Experience with hyperMILL, Heidenhain, Fanuc, NX, or machining Inconel/Titanium
• Strong skills in system design and bridging hardware/software disciplines
