You'll build AI agents for recruiting and experiment with AI tools to scale hiring at a Series A voice AI startup. You'll own metrics, reporting, and ATS operations to deliver a great candidate experience. This role offers room to grow as the recruiting function matures.

• Partner across company to drive AI Recruiting Experiments
• Own metrics and reporting for all Talent Matters
• Keep ATS clean, structured, and moving with speed
• Set structure for new roles and refine hiring process

📋 Requirements

• Experience in fast paced or high growth startup environments
• Strong academic foundation from a rigorous university; BSCS and MBA preferred
• Built agents before

• Experience with technical recruiting
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with Juicebox, Gem, Noon AI, Ashby
