Your insights will directly shape strategy and roadmaps as we deploy safe, frontier AI at scale. This role spans multiple pillars including Claude Code, Consumer, Platform, and Model Experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define core metrics and build measurement frameworks
• Deep dive into product data to derive actionable insights
• Apply causal inference methods and analyze experiments
• Build statistical models and simulations for decision-making

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science or analytics
• Deep expertise with Python and SQL
• Expertise in experimental design and causal inference
• Track record of translating complex data into actionable insights

• Experience with AI/ML products or large language models
• Familiarity with software development workflows or developer tools
