You'll own the BizTech project portfolio and lead strategic programs like Lead-to-Cash and Hire-to-Retire. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and deliver technology initiatives across IT, People, GTM, and Finance systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the BizTech project portfolio and roadmap.
• Lead strategic cross-functional programs from scoping to delivery.
• Design and run a structured intake and prioritization process.
• Build end-user-facing roadmaps and status communications.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management or Business Technology leadership.
• 3+ years managing portfolios of cross-functional technology projects.
• Experience managing roadmaps across multiple business systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Proven ability to design and run intake and prioritization frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies scaling from 500 to 1,000+ employees.
• Familiarity with enterprise iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato) and data governance.
• Experience building or scaling a TPM or PMO function from the ground up.
