• Monitor and optimize KPIs like CPA, LTV, ROI, ARPU across markets
• Support affiliate operations with data-driven insights and reporting
• Partner with Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance and decisions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
• Experience in data and business analysis in a fast-paced digital industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data viz tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with large datasets for forecasting, trend analysis, and optimization

• Previous experience in iGaming, online gambling, or affiliate marketing
• Experience with process automation and data workflow optimization
