💼 About This Role

You'll train to manage a baking and delivery team at a rapidly growing cookie company. You'll ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. This role offers free cookies every shift.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• Prior Point of Sale systems experience
• Ability to work a 4-5 day work week including late shifts

• MS Office and Word proficiency
• Applicant Tracking System experience
• Upselling and customer service excellence
