💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the full-scale execution of Toptal's professional services, including Technology, Management Consulting, and Marketing Agency lines. As the chief architect, you'll create operational frameworks and drive consistent execution across all service areas. This is a fully remote leadership role with end-to-end ownership of strategy and delivery.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of senior leadership in professional services or related field
• Proven experience building and scaling service lines in a global remote environment
• Hands-on operational leadership with a builder's mindset
