🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of Early Growth Specialists
• Conduct regular call coaching and 1:1s
• Drive team performance against activity and commercial targets
• Facilitate team meetings and cross-functional collaboration

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in a high-volume commercial role like inside sales
• First leadership experience as team lead or equivalent
• Proven ability to drive high activity levels with targets and accountability
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Experience in fintech or card acceptance
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
