💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead Cantina Labs' internal media organization, shaping the global conversation around Consumer AI and Social AI. You'll produce high-impact original content across formats, from long-form essays to podcasts, and establish Cantina as a leading voice in the space. You'll also conceptualize tentpole events like the Social AI Conference.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute cohesive editorial strategy for thought leadership
• Write, edit, and produce original content across multiple formats
• Build and lead an internal media team with scalable workflows
• Conceptualize and produce tentpole media events and experiences

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in editorial leadership, media, or content strategy
• Strong personal writing voice and portfolio of high-impact content
• Experience building and managing multidisciplinary content teams
• Deep understanding of AI, consumer technology, and digital culture
