Requirements
- 4–6+ years in **Lifecycle, CRM, or Growth Marketing** with focus on post-purchase in SaaS.
- Advanced hands-on experience with **marketing automation platforms** (e.g., Iterable, Braze).
- Proven ability to orchestrate complex campaigns across **Email, SMS, Push, and In-App** channels.
- Strong knowledge of performance metrics using **data tools** (e.g., Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker).
Responsibilities
- Map and manage the end-to-end buyer journey for paid users.
- Build and maintain automated flows across Email, IPM, SMS, and Push.
- Conduct audits to consolidate messaging and reduce communication noise.
- Own the monthly customer newsletter for high engagement.
- Partner on lifecycle support for events, webinars, and seasonal campaigns.
