You'll lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, guiding clients through the full transaction lifecycle. You'll drive quality of earnings analyses and advanced analytics solutions that transform complex data into executive-ready insights. This role integrates leading tools like Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, and Python into diligence workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of quality of earnings and net working capital analyses
• Design data modeling and interactive dashboards for executive insights
• Oversee client accounts, work plans, budgets, and staffing
• Drive business development with private equity and corporate acquirers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in financial due diligence or transaction advisory
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related field
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

• CPA, CA, or CFA certification
