💼 About This Role

You'll lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects at a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company. You'll partner with Sales and customers to translate business needs into technical solutions, driving production deployments of LLMs and generative AI systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solution Architects.
• Partner with sales on customer discovery and technical scoping.
• Drive proof-of-concept projects and repeatable deployments.
• Act as cross-functional lead across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of Solution Architecture/Solutions Engineering experience
• 1+ year in a leadership or mentorship capacity
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to script and prototype as needed

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience running benchmarks for ML inference deployments
• Familiarity with GPU selection and latency/throughput tradeoffs
• Professional software engineering experience
