💼 About This Role

You'll proactively guide patients through their healthcare journey with Freddie, an HIV prevention service. You'll solve problems and refine playbooks to ensure no patient falls through the cracks. This role offers a chance to shape a growing team at a top healthtech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to patients to guide them through journey milestones.
  • Act as a bridge between patients and pharmacies to resolve prescription and insurance issues.
  • Identify gaps in playbooks and help develop new solutions.
  • Maintain records of patient interactions to track impact of success experiments.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success, patient advocacy, or high-touch support.
  • Patient-first mindset with ability to build trust and empathy.
  • High agency and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Outcome-oriented approach focused on long-term retention.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Canadian or US healthcare system.
  • Experience with CRM or outreach tools (e.g., Braze, Zendesk).
