You'll join our Product Engineering team to build AI-powered features and scale cloud-based web applications. You'll make architectural decisions and ensure systems are reliable and secure. The role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge AI in healthcare and mentor other engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and support robust cloud-based services for a rapidly-growing business
• Make and implement technology decisions that balance business needs with security and quality
• Research solutions and make build vs buy recommendations
• Mentor and learn from other engineers

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and operating cloud-based distributed systems at scale
• Experience as a lead engineer on major components or subsystems of a software platform
• Confidence using AI tooling in daily workflow
• Several years of experience in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with event pipelines and tools like Kinesis or Kafka
• Experience in a startup environment
