You'll lead end-to-end ML solution development using large-scale POS transaction data to solve complex fintech challenges. You'll own the full lifecycle from problem framing to production deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of ML solutions from framing to deployment
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams on agent-driven solutions
• Decompose ambiguous problems into structured, iterative deliverables
• Maintain high standards of code quality and reproducibility

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, etc.)
• 6+ years industry experience in ML/AI with end-to-end solution ownership
• Hands-on experience with supervised/unsupervised learning (classification, regression, etc.)
• Engineering excellence in Python and SQL, with production MLOps mindset

• Experience with agentic AI or autonomous systems in production
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem (SageMaker, ECS, DynamoDB)
