🎯 What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with software and hardware issues
- Own reported issues from investigation through resolution or escalation
- Provide on-demand product training for new and existing clients
- Document and manage support tickets accurately
📋 Requirements
- 1+ years in a technical support or customer-facing role
- Above-average written and verbal communication skills
- Proven time management skills in a remote work environment
- Stable internet connection in a private environment
