🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with software and hardware issues
  • Own reported issues from investigation through resolution or escalation
  • Provide on-demand product training for new and existing clients
  • Document and manage support tickets accurately

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years in a technical support or customer-facing role
  • Above-average written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven time management skills in a remote work environment
  • Stable internet connection in a private environment
