You'll join Lalamove's City Teams as an outbound sales associate, building relationships with local businesses to drive demand for our on-demand delivery platform. You'll own the full sales cycle from lead sourcing to contract negotiation, directly impacting our growth in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers the chance to shape the local logistics landscape with a unicorn startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Acquire and onboard business users via lead sourcing and cold outreach.
• Lead contract negotiations to establish strong local partnerships.
• Track sales trends and provide data analysis for demand growth.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures and policies accurately.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of sales or business development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus.
