💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial strategy and planning for Zipline's Africa business, serving as a senior leader on the global Strategic Finance team. You'll drive investment decisions and unit economics to ensure sustainable growth. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise-wide decision-making and regional execution, reporting to the Global Head of Strategic Finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own financial strategy and planning for Africa business
• Develop long-term financial models for market strategies
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Build and lead a small high-impact Strategic Finance team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or related field
• Experience in a strategic finance or similar role at a high-growth company
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience working in or with Africa markets
