💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the senior technical resource on the maintenance team, owning the calibration program, hazardous waste compliance, and PM quality standards. You'll lead diagnosis and repair of industrial furnace systems and compressed air infrastructure with minimal supervision, while mentoring junior technicians. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge 3D printing technology in a regulated medical device environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead diagnosis and repair of furnace system failures
• Develop and maintain calibration schedules and perform calibrations
• Oversee hazardous waste compliance and container labeling
• Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting on VFDs, PLCs, 3-phase systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Expertise in industrial furnace systems including atmosphere control and electrical systems
• Advanced knowledge of compressed air systems including design and overhauls
• Proficiency with CMMS for PM task creation and work order management

✨ Nice to Have

• Licensed Electrician or equivalent certification
• PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment (GMP, ISO, medical device)
