💼 About This Role

You'll be the entrepreneurial owner of Fictiv's castings line of business, spanning die casting, investment casting, and sand casting. You'll define strategy, pricing, and capability roadmap to drive profitable growth across a technically diverse portfolio. This role stands out for its blend of deep technical expertise and commercial ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the castings line of business across die, investment, and sand casting.
• Synthesize market trends and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Define and evolve product line strategy, pricing, and go-to-market positioning.
• Shape Fictiv's castings capability roadmap and partner network qualifications.
• Influence cross-functional partners to execute strategy and deliver results.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in metal castings.
• 5+ years in a leadership role responsible for growth or operations.
• Deep expertise in casting processes: HPDC, investment casting, sand casting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, NADCA, ASTM standards.
