💼 About This Role

You'll lead bridge design projects for a growing transportation team at Wade Trim. You'll manage complex infrastructure improvements across the Midwest and southern regions. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and excellent benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and management of conventional and complex bridges
• Prepare Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) packages
• Conduct bridge inspections and load ratings
• Mentor staff and monitor project scope, budget, schedule

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with structural emphasis
• 7 years of transportation structural design experience
• PE license required
• NHI Bridge Inspection certification preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MDOT, ODOT, or other DOT bridge design packages
• Software experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation/Geopak/ORD
• Knowledge of AASHTO, AREMA, and DOT design standards
