You'll lead field sales teams to drive user acquisition and product adoption in Burkina Faso, building the roadmap and scaling operations for Wave's mission to make Africa cashless. This role offers the chance to shape strategy and mentor a large team in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage sales teams to grow user base and resolve blockers
• Build quarterly roadmap for distribution team
• Coordinate projects and ensure alignment across teams
• Develop field marketing programs for customer acquisition

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and French
• 5+ years leading field-based sales or user acquisition teams
• Proven track record designing user growth strategies in telecom, fintech, or FMCG
• Experience managing teams of 100+ people
