💼 About This Role

You'll own the post-launch performance of Betterment's AI programs, ensuring they keep working and improving. You'll build dashboards, manage configurations, and prevent degradation of AI tooling. This role offers ownership of AI performance and impact in a regulated fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking live AI program performance.
• Identify performance degradation, intent gaps, and model drift.
• Own incident response for AI quality issues and drive resolution.
• Serve as primary admin for net-new AI tooling post-launch.
• Maintain active optimization backlogs for launched programs.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience analyzing performance data from AI or automation tools.
• Understanding of common AI failure modes (hallucination, drift, etc.).
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Zendesk Explore, Looker, etc.).
• Strong documentation skills with clear, organized writing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Zendesk or similar CX platforms.
• Experience in fintech or regulated industry.
