You'll drive partner growth and adoption of the Xero ecosystem for accounting firms across New Zealand. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping partners increase revenue and support their clients.
π― What You'll Do
- Develop and execute territory plans for Business Edition adoption
- Plan and host educational events for the Xero Partner programme
- Deepen online strategies to increase active users and product adoption
- Use Salesforce to manage relationship health and identify risk areas
π Requirements
- Proven track record in sales performance within fintech or accounting software
- Ability to build quick rapport and manage long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Public speaking skills for presenting at partner events and webinars
- Initiative and ability to work autonomously to meet expectations
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting platforms
- Knowledge of the New Zealand accounting market
- Event planning experience
