🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with EMEA Homes Director to define regional strategy and goals
• Build frameworks for tracking business performance against OKRs
• Lead business review cadence (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs)
• Develop dashboards and presentations for data-driven decisions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and data viz tools
• Cross-functional project management from ideation to execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a two-sided marketplace or travel/hospitality
• Familiarity with Airbnb's business model and EMEA market
