You'll lead procurement, inventory, planning, logistics, and material flow operations at a rapidly growing defense tech company. Your work will directly impact supply continuity and material readiness across prototype to full-rate production. This role offers the chance to build scalable supply chain systems from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics organizations.
• Drive supplier performance, sourcing strategy, and supply continuity.
• Own production planning, scheduling, and Line of Balance execution.
• Oversee domestic/international logistics and trade compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of supply chain or operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-functional supply chain organizations.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and supplier management.

✨ Nice to Have

• LRIP to FRP transition experience.
• ERP/MRP infrastructure implementation experience.
• Familiarity with serialized hardware and configuration-controlled manufacturing.
