💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for core network systems, providing Tier II support for network IA devices in a global enterprise. You'll ensure standardization and compliance with Network Operations requirements across the organization. This role offers the chance to migrate users from legacy networks and work with cutting-edge security technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain network management and information architecture
• Migrate users from legacy networks to new systems
• Perform preventive maintenance during non-core hours per OEM guidelines
• Provide Tier II support for network IA devices globally

📋 Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• 3 years related networking experience
• Professional series certification (e.g. CCNA, JNCIA-Junos, Palo Alto-PCNSA)
• IAT II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CND, SSCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise network operations
• Knowledge of IA boundary planning
• Familiarity with client/stakeholder communication
