💼 About This Role

You'll provide ultrasound support for emergency hospitals and coordinate sonography training. You'll perform studies on a variety of patient types and help grow the ultrasound skills of your team. This role offers the chance to impact emergency veterinary care at a growing national network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ultrasound studies and facilitate training at your home and regional hospitals
• Maintain relationships with teleconsultation radiologists and accept feedback
• Track doctor and nursing team skills with a VEG Ultrasound Certificate checklist
• Coordinate weekly schedule with the hospital manager and medical director

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT/LVMT) or diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS)
• 3+ years veterinary ultrasound experience
• Previous training experience and patience to teach others
• Desire to travel to regional hospitals and off-site training facilities

• Experience developing ultrasound curriculum materials
• Experience with teleconsultation platforms like Antech or IDEXX
• Familiarity with VEG's culture and protocols
