🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate preschool curriculum and activities
• Create a safe, engaging classroom environment promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Lead daily routines including circle time, learning centers, meals, and outdoor play
• Supervise children while maintaining classroom management and safe teacher-to-child ratios

📋 Requirements

• New York State OCFS qualifications for Preschool Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare center
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood setting required
• Knowledge of child development and classroom management practices

• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience leading a preschool classroom and implementing curriculum
