Description

Lead and scale engineering teams building customer-facing applications and developer infrastructure at NexHealth, a healthcare platform connecting patients, providers, and developers. You'll drive technical strategy, hire and develop talent, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver modern healthcare experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years leading engineering teams, including managing managers
• Proven track record of coaching and developing engineers and managers
• Deep experience delivering complex, customer-facing software at scale
• Strong judgment balancing product velocity and long-term quality
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term vision and technical strategy for platform areas
• Hire, grow, and retain top engineering talent; mentor leaders
• Own delivery of complex initiatives across teams, ensuring product alignment
• Partner with Product, Design, and GTM teams for customer experiences
• Guide system architecture, scalability, and maintainability
