💼 About This Role

You'll join the Experiences Engineering team at Tripadvisor, building systems for the world's largest travel guidance platform. Your work will scale backend services and occasionally develop frontend features. This role offers remote-first flexibility with periodic in-person gatherings in Kraków.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop full-stack features for Tripadvisor's web platform
• Collaborate with product managers and designers on software design
• Write, test, and deploy code in a daily release cycle
• Optimize backend services for scalability and reliability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in Java or a similar backend language
• Experience with React and frontend technologies
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases

• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS
