Description
As a Paralegal at the NFL, you will support in-house attorneys on corporate, commercial, and governance matters. You will draft contracts, maintain corporate records, and coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance and efficient process management.
Requirements
- Degree from accredited 4-year college or university preferred.
- At least 1 year of paralegal experience at a law firm preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, review, and prepare briefing materials, presentations, and correspondences for League and committee meetings.
- Prepare drafts of contracts, amendments, releases, and schedules using established templates.
- Conduct research and compile informational reports.
- Maintain corporate registrations and governance compliance for League-level entities.
- Coordinate with finance and other business units on process management.
