• Oversee and deploy compliant title management processes
• Manage vendor relationships with title management vendors
• Develop and monitor effectiveness reporting for Title team
• Execute and follow up escalations for dealer partners

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years auto finance experience including Title management and supervisory role
• Proficient in MS Office and WEB based tools
• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Experience with lien perfection and title transfers
• Knowledge of dealer escalation processes
